	章晓娟（总经理）对于这一时代的许多年轻人来说，出国留学是个交织着诱惑与迷茫的字眼。作为西达教育咨询公司的创办人和总经理，我的愿望就是为每一位接受我公司服务的学子铺就一条平坦的留学之路。这条路上可能仍会偶有坎坷和风雨，但是，我和众位西达同仁会竭尽我们的爱心、经验和能力,为我们的学子们遮风挡雨。让他们在留学生活中少一份迷茫,多一份自信；少一点曲折，多一点平坦；少一份失败的沮丧和失望,多一份成功的喜悦和希望。
	郑少红复旦大学新闻系本科毕业获辛辛那提大学教育学硕士学位获得美国“公立常青藤大学之一”的迈阿密大学牛津分校MBA学位育有一子一女。最大的热情莫过于对孩子教育全身心的投入，最大的乐趣莫过于曾是襁褓中嗷嗷待哺的婴孩转瞬间成长为人格健全、学业出色的优秀少年。不敢虚言将像重视自己孩子的教育一样重视他人的孩子的教育，但绝对愿意为任何有志留学美国、闯荡世界的青年、少年贡献一份关爱、热情、及长年异国生活中积累的人生的体验。
	孟瑄南京大学地质系本科毕业获辛辛那提大学(University of Cincinnati)地球化学硕士学位通过博士资格考试并在美国专业杂志上发表多篇文章有美国和加拿大创业经验,所创公司为北美多家大型通讯,医疗,教育和旅游机构提供网络咨询服务有多年北美教学经验,曾在美国大学任教,熟悉北美教育体系现代化的社会日新月异，需要大量勇于创新，不断进取但同时又脚踏实地的人才。孔子的“文行忠信”与西方的 “EQ/IQ”之争都向我们显示，真正的人才所应具有的性格与特征。我相信每一个人都有属于自己的一片天地，关键在于认识自己，了解社会，把握好人生关键的几步。出国留学就是其中的一步。“读万卷书，行万里路”，我愿尽己之能,帮助每一位学子发掘自己的特长，面对新的环境新的挑战，成就自己，造福社会。
	Andrea Bennett I am originally from Cincinnati, and earned my undergrad from the University Of Cincinnati. From there I went on to become state licensed in both K-6 Elementary, and K-12 ESOL, with certifications in TESOL and CTEYL. I have previous experience teaching ESL both in public schools and private academies in Seoul, South Korea, along with tutoring of school aged students and business professionals. When it comes to teaching, I feel that every child needs to be taught more than just the facts; they need to be given the tools to think critically and creatively on their own. I encourage my students to ask questions and to not be afraid of trying new things. In my personal life, I find it is very important to have a good balance between work and leisure. I thoroughly enjoy traveling and believe it is one of the most valuable and important things a person can do!
	Anna Combs My name is Anna Combs, and I am going to be a junior at the University of Dayton. I am studying Middle Childhood Education with a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have had a broad range of cultural experiences, such as hosting an exchange student, attending an international parish, and tutoring in English. I have worked very closely with people of African and European backgrounds, and look forward to this opportunity to learn more about the Chinese culture. I am excited to be working with you on your English skills, and can't wait to start in this cultural experience!
	Lee Hunt Hello! My name is Lee Hunt, and I am very excited to be working with Westar Education this summer. I am 25 years old, and I have a lot of hobbies: reading, playing games, writing, sports, and watching movies are some of my favorite things to do. I especially love Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings! I am excited to be a teacher this summer because it means I get to interact with students. I think that simply talking with students and carrying out a conversation is a great way to build confidence in using English skills. This is something every student needs in order to master English, and it is something I feel many students have not had an opportunity to do in their formal learning experiences. I look forward to working with students and helping them reach their English goals!
	Kara Mancinotti Hello there! My name is Kara Mancinotti and I am an undergraduate student entering my third year at the University of Dayton. I am an intervention specialist major, with a minor in Spanish. I love reading, traveling, going to parks, and learning about new cultures. This will be my very first time in China and I am looking forward to trying all the new food. From a professional standpoint, I have had experience in four different classrooms among my two years at the university and I had the wonderful opportunity to teach English this previous semester in Spain. I believe that a teacher must be flexible and appeal to all learning styles to have success in the classroom. I will get to know my students personally and use teaching methods and materials best suited to their individual learning needs. I think that this will make my students excited to come to class and enjoy learning.
	Kendall Goodman My name is Kendall Goodman. I am currently a student at the University of South Carolina, and have been studying Chinese for 3 years. This summer will be my third trip to China. The first two trips were focused on learning Mandarin, and now I have the ability to come back and teach. My philosophy of teaching is influenced by my own experiences and reflections on language learning. While studying Mandarin, I have experienced the frustrations of learning a foreign language as well as the feeling of achievement when benchmarks are met. I believe that the success in learning a foreign language is directly linked to motivation. Continually reminding the students to reflect on why they are learning English is a great way to keep morale high and in turn, improve language progression. I believe in a learner-centered approach to teaching foreign language. It is important to understand the interests of the students and the teaching styles to which the students are the most responsive. With a smaller group of students, it is easier to alter teaching methods in a way to optimize the learning experience for each student. Finally, I believe that an enthusiastic teacher is extremely important. If the students can see my enthusiasm and love for the language, then the students will be able to more fully enjoy their learning experience.
